Return and Refund Policy:
New and unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To receive a refund or to return products please email our customer support team at info@janesbrew.com. All sales are considered final after 30 days or if product has been opened or used.

Exchange Policy:
If any products arrive damaged or part of your order is missing, call our customer support team at 844-420-5263 within 3 days of delivery for an order replacement.
