- One or more whole heads of garlic
- 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil per head of garlic
- 1 scoop (1/4 tsp) HOJI CBD Powder per head of garlic
Preheat your oven to 400 (a toaster oven also works great for this recipe).
Peel and discard the papery outer layers of the whole garlic bulb, leaving the skins of the individual cloves of garlic intact.
Using a sharp knife, cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the top to expose the individual cloves of garlic.
Place the garlic heads on a baking sheet or muffin pan, cut side up (a muffin pan works great for this as it keeps the garlic bulbs from rolling around).
Whisk together 2 teaspoons EVOO with 1 scoop CBD Powder per head of garlic.
Drizzle the mixture over each exposed head of garlic, using your fingers to rub the olive oil over all the cut, exposed garlic cloves.
Cover bulbs with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cloves are lightly browned and feel soft when pressed.
Remove from oven and let cool. Then use a small knife to slightly cut the skin around each clove. Use a cocktail fork or your fingers to pull or squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins.
Use as desired or refrigerate to store until used.
